Cut two strips of kinesiology tape, measured from the front of the chest to the mid-back, and round the edges.
Retract the shoulder blades, creating good posture.
Take your first strip of tape and rip the backing paper at one end, creating a small tab.
Apply this tab to mid clavicle with 0% stretch.
Giving a light pull on the tape (around 50% stretch), apply the strip coming over the top of the shoulder.
When the shoulder is slumped, you will feel tension on the tape where is is restricting the movement and providing proprioceptive feedback.
Repeat on the opposite shoulder.
Wait at least 30 minutes before beginning exercise.
