Kinesiology Tape may be used to help provide pain relief and support to injured areas. All you need is a sharp pair of scissors, 2 MINUTES of your time and a little practice and patience.

Measure a strip of tape along the length of the bicep and cut an I STRIP.
Round the edges (discover how) and tear the backing paper in 2 sections.
Apply the end of the tape to the front of the chest, just above the bicep tendon.
Apply the next section of tape with 50% STRETCH directly over the bicep tendon.
Stretch the arm down and behind, making it as straight as possible. This places the bicep muscle on stretch.
Stick the rest of the strip down with 0% STRETCH, aiming directly down the belly of the muscle.
Cut a short I STRIP of tape, round the corners and rip the backing paper into 3 sections.
Remove the middle of the backing paper and apply the tape with 50% STRETCH over the biceps tendon.
Stick the ends of the tape down with 0% STRETCH.
Rub the tape to activate the glue. Wait at least 30 MINUTES before beginning any exercise.
