Apply to clean and dry skin. Shake well before use and then spray in a sweeping motion approx. 20cm from the skin. Wait 20-30 seconds for the adhesive to become tacky.
For best results, use with any SPORTTAPE tape – Kinesiology Tape, Zinc Oxide Tape, EAB or Fixation Tape.
