IEUAN THOMAS – DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE
Data wizard and GB international steeplechaser, Ieuan is responsible for club sales, our international distributors and Amazon.

CARL AUSTIN – CAPTAIN OF BRAND
Brand visionary, Carl is the definition of a right-brain thinker. He’s always searching for ways to give us the 1% gains.

KEYON REFFELL – OPERATIONS MANAGER
Semi-pro footballer with an eye-for-detail and a passion for design. Keyon makes everything run smoothly in and out of HQ.

We keep great company, our academy directors are some of the best physiotherapists in the business, creating applications, developing products and delivering taping workshops that inspire and empower.

ROB MADDEN – ACADEMY DIRECTOR
Rob has extensive experience supporting both professional and Olympic athletes across a range of sports. He was involved with athlete support for the Vancouver 2010, London 2012 and Sochi 2014 Olympics and has worked with Anthony Joshua since 2013.

PATRICK HARDING – ACADEMY DIRECTOR
Patrick currently works as a Performance Coach in both Formula 1 and Professional Boxing. Having previously spent time at Arsenal FC Academy and with the Team GB Slalom Canoe and Archery Olympic teams across multiple Olympic cycles.

BEN WARBURTON – STRAPPING ACADEMY INSTRUCTOR
Former WRU Sevens and current Cardiff Blues physio (and Sam’s better looking twin brother), Ben is a strapping perfectionist. Having honed his skills within professional rugby for the past decade.
