Use FINGER TAPE to restrict flexion in the fingers and protect your joints from rotation. By restricting finger flexion, a greater strength emphasis is placed on the wrists, meaning less fatigue and a stronger grip.
FINGER TAPE is commonly used by rowers and golfers to help prevent blisters caused by the friction of the club, oar or handle. The tape acts as a second skin, prevent the equipment from coming into direct contact with the skin. Rubbing against the tape rather than their fingers.
Unfortunately FINGER TAPE is for single use only, and should be removed after each ‘performance’. Whether that’s a climb, BJJ match or gym session.
ZINC OXIDE FINGER TAPE is not waterproof, but it is water resistant. However, unlike other tapes, our glue is laid to make sure the tape is porous, allowing the skin to breath and moisture to wick away more easily.
