Put our tape to the test and if you’re not happy let us know. 99.9% of the time we can resolve the issue and if not we will refund the cost of the used tape.
THE BORING STUFF – T&C’S
- Only available to customers in the UK.
- We will refund up to 1 USED ROLL of tape only. We believe this is enough to determine if the tape matches your expectations and is working for you. All other returned rolls must be unopened and as new.
- Applies only to orders placed through www.sporttape.co.uk. Any orders placed through authorised retailers are not included in the guarantee.
- The guarantee is only applicable to your FIRST ORDER of a particular product. All further orders are exempt and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
- Claims under the guarantee must be made within 30 DAYS of the first order being made. We request that you contact us on 02920 849096 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to claim, stating your order number.
- All rolls of SPORTTAPE Kinesiology Tape, Zinc Oxide, EAB, Cohesive and Underwrap are included in the guarantee. Sprays, scissors and posters ARE NOT INCLUDED.
- We will ARRANGE COLLECTION of all (used and un-opened ‘as new’) rolls of tape, at a time convenient to you. Once the tapes arrive back at SPORTTAPE HQ, the refund will be processed within 5 working days.
