Measure and cut a strip of K Tape from the wrist to the elbow.
Prepare a Y STRIP by cutting the strip in half, leaving a small tab at one end.

Dorsiflex the hand to stretch the forearm.
Lay each tail down with 0% stretch, coming each side of the Ulna, finishing at the wrist.
Cut another short strip of K Tape, measured across the forearm. Round the corners.
Rip the backing paper into 3, and remove the middle section.
Apply the middle section of the tape with 50% stretch over any specific pinch-point or point of pain.
Stick the ends of the tape down with 0% stretch.
Wait at least 30 minutes before starting exercise.
