From 01/10/2026, we’re no longer shipping orders under £150 to EU countries from our UK warehouse. Discover why and find a local provider.
WHY?
New EU rules mean every small parcel sent from the UK now picks up extra customs charges at the border.
There’s a customs duty on each type of product in the box, a new handling fee on top, and some countries add their own charges too. On a £6 roll of tape, those fees can cost more than the tape itself.
That’s not fair on you, and we’d rather point you somewhere better than have you hit with a surprise bill at the door.

Still welcome! Bigger orders ship as normal. Any duties and taxes are shown at checkout, so there are no nasty surprises on delivery.
