HOW LONG CAN I WEAR BOXING TAPE?

Remove your hand wraps and tape after each training session or fight. Never reuse tape - it loses its effectiveness and can harbor bacteria. Always start fresh with new tape for proper support and hygiene.

CAN I WRAP MY OWN HANDS?

Yes, but it takes practice. If you're new to hand wrapping, ask your coach or an experienced boxer to teach you proper technique. There are specific wrapping patterns that provide the best protection for boxing.
