Depending on usage we would recommend removing Zinc Oxide Tan Tape after 24hrs. This is because it becomes less effective over time and we want to reduce possibility of skin irritation.

Zinc Oxide Tan is made from a rayon cloth, which provides unrivalled tensile strength. It is 3x stronger and more durable than Zinc Oxide, which is made from a cotton cloth. Cotton is more lightweight, pliable and comfortable to wear.

The tape you choose should be based on budget, joint size and the purpose of the taping application.

Ideally, yes but shaving before applying is not necessary, however it unquestionably helps with adhesion.

If you prefer, we recommend that you trim the hair down rather than a clean shave.

If you don’t apply to the correct area then the tape will have little or no affect, so you won’t do any harm to yourself.

However, we'd always recommend that you test your circulation after applying the tape and removing it immediately should any irritation occur.
