Heat Spray

You'll use this to tackle tight, tense muscles whenever they're giving you grief. Perfect before training to prep muscles, after sessions to aid recovery, or anytime daily life leaves you feeling stiff and restricted.

Give the can a good shake first. Hold it about 15cm from your skin and spray 2-3 short bursts on the problem area. Start light, everyone feels heat differently, and you can add more after 15 minutes if needed.

You'll feel the warmth within minutes. The herbal ingredients get to work immediately on contact, so no hanging around waiting for relief when you've got things to do.

Some people might experience mild skin irritation or redness, especially if you're sensitive to heat products. Test a small area first if you're unsure, and stop using if you get any uncomfortable reactions.
