You'll get up to 5 days out of a single strip. But you'll feel the biggest benefits in the first 24 hours. We'd recommend taking it off after 48 hours. The effects start to fade, and it gives your skin a breather.

We'll be straight with you: Pre-Cut Plus isn't a quick fix, and it won't cure an injury on its own. Always check in with a medical professional first. Once you're good to go, it can support your rehab. Easing pain, calming inflammation, backing up your ligaments and tendons, and helping you move with better awareness.

You don't have to, but it helps the tape stick properly. If you're about to put it through its paces, a hard session, heavy sweat, go for it. Not keen on a full shave? Trimming does the job too.
