Tensospray Pre-Tape Spray

Tensospray lays down a thin, sticky film on your skin before you tape. That film gives your tape something to grip onto, so it holds better once you're moving.

Clean and dry your skin first. Give the can a good shake. Hold it about 15-20cm away and spray in a sweeping motion. Wait for it to turn tacky before you tape — this only takes a few seconds. Then tape as you normally would.

That depends on how much you spray and how often you tape. A 300ml can covers a fair few sessions.

You might notice some residue once you peel your tape off, especially if you've been sweating it out. Warm soapy water and a cloth will sort you out.

Yes. It's an aerosol, so treat it like one. Keep it away from open flames and don't store it anywhere hot.

Stop using it if your skin feels sore, stings, turns red, or blisters. That's usually a sign of an allergy or irritation, not something to push through. If it doesn't settle down once you've stopped, get yourself along to a doctor.
